We are excited to announce a new feature that allows you to directly input guest email addresses when creating direct bookings. This enhancement streamlines communication and improves guest engagement.

  • Direct Messaging: Click the Chat button in the booking details to send messages directly to the guest. These messages will be sent via email.

  • Automated Messages: Any automated messages you have set up will also be sent to the guest via email.

  • Guest Email Replies: Guests can reply directly to the emails they receive, and you will receive their responses in Hostex's inbox.

For bookings made through OTA platforms, you can also modify the booking details to input the guest's email address, allowing the same communication capabilities.
