We've seamlessly updated our connection with Airbnb across three main areas to match their new technical requirements:
Sending Images: Airbnb has improved the way images are sent in messages. The old method is no longer supported, and all images are now sent through a more reliable upload process.
Message Organization & Translation: Airbnb has added better support for threaded replies (making conversations clearer) and for identifying translated messages in their system.
Guest Reviews: When a guest leaves a review with a rating below 5 stars, Airbnb now requires a more specific category tag to explain the reason (e.g., "cleanliness," "communication").
