Hostex 4.25.0 Release: Enhanced Airbnb Integration

This update focuses on deep integration with Airbnb’s latest API features, giving you more granular control over your booking rules and listing performance directly from Hostex.

• New Seasonal Rules Support: You can now manage Seasonal Rules for your Airbnb listings within Hostex. This allows you to set specific pricing and stay requirements for different times of the year, ensuring your strategy adapts perfectly to peak and shoulder seasons.

• Expanded Availability Windows: We have added more flexibility to your booking settings. You can now access expanded "Max Days Notice" options, giving you finer control over how far in advance guests can book your property.

• Airbnb Opportunity Alerts: Hostex now helps you improve your listing's performance by identifying "Opportunities" directly from Airbnb. If your listing has areas for improvement—such as photos, titles, or descriptions—a new "Opportunities" button will appear in your Connected Accounts dashboard.
  Clicking the opportunities button will reveal specific suggestions to help boost your search ranking and conversion rates on Airbnb.
